The caregiver program overhauled the previous Living caregiver program in the year 2014.Presently, the program is split into two more streamlined programs namely, Home Child Care Provider Pilot and Home Support Worker Pilot. Both the programs provide the opportunity to apply for permanent residency based on qualification. The work permit and permanent residency application are filed together for this program.
