Eligibility Criteria for Study Permit:

• must be enrolled at an approved designated learning institute ( DLI )
• prove that you have enough money to pay your tuition fee and cover your living expenses for yourself and your family members who will accompany you to Canada.
• be a lawful member of your country with no criminal records
• a police certificate from your home country
• you must be in good health and need to complete a medical exam
• prove the officer that you will leave the country at the end of your stay

Students responsibilities:

• you must obey and adhere to all the conditions mentioned on your study permit
• must make progress in completing your program in the given timeframe
• must obtain a social insurance number to work for the allowed number of hours while studying
• you must stop studying and leave Canada if the requirements are not met
